Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept direct credit card payment on-line or by mail or telephone. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. On-line payments can be made using your credit or debit card on-line via our 128-bit encrypted secure server or via PayPal (no account required) or Nochex if ordering from the UK.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit (switch) cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or snail mail if you don't want to use our on-line facility.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing; we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is based on weight as shown in the checkout options. Orders over £100 in value are shipped free of charge (UK customers only). There are no handling charges. NB: For next day delivery orders must be received by 12:00 NOON.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, however during busy periods this may take up to 7 days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and can place it on back order or cancel if you prefer. For costs please see delivery charges on the checkout page.
Next day delivery - Please order before midday.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
Credit cards are processed on our secure server using 128 bit encryption for your protection. You can also use credit card ordering on-line via PayPal(International) or Nochex (UK only).

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason you wish to return an item or items, please observe the instructions below:-
All items returned (at customers expense) within 14 days will be refunded providing they are in the original packaging, unused and undamaged, though notice must be given within 7 days of receipt, via, phone, email or fax, (This does not affect your statutory rights).
If you wish to exchange an item, carriage will be FOC. (UK only). With the exception of damaged goods, return postage and packing will not be refunded. For damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods, we will refund you in full (for goods, carriage and return postage) or we will replace the item and refund your postage costs. We recommend you use a recorded service or get a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
